2013 USGA Pace of Play Initiative

Bill has been consulting with the United States Golf Association in its campaign to improve the pace of play, sharing his knowledge and his decades of expertise in eliminating slow play on golf courses and in tournaments. Bill is working with USGA executives to gather critical data and create strategies for better managing play in 2013 Men's and Women's Open Championships and beyond. Bill has also consulted with the Royal & Ancient Golf Club, assisting them in managing the pace of play for the British Open and British Amateur Championships.
