August Tip for Owners and Managers: Consistency is the key!

August is a busy month for everyone, so I'll keep this short!  When we talk about improving the pace of play, what we're really talking about is improving the flow of play and the consistency of round times.

I often hear this from course managers: "We had a great day today but yesterday was just awful, and we can't figure out why."

The answer is that they aren't producing a consistent product. The best companies have always made products that can be counted on to be of consistent quality. So what we want for you is to ensure that every round of the day at your course is of consistently high value...for your players and for you. When that happens, your players will be happier and you will immediately improve your bottom line. So if you don't think you have a pace of play problem, but your players are fighting for early morning times and your discounted fees begin in the early afternoon, you need to think again.

By taking a close look at what's happening with the pace of play on your course, we can quickly make needed improvements, so that you're assured of consistency and player enjoyment. Your tee sheet will be full and all your round times will be valuable!
