Step One: Contact Us
Call (831-624-4978) or email so we can hear first-hand what’s going on at your course and begin to develop the solutions that will work for you. Once we understand your concerns, your facility, and your desired outcomes, we will prepare a detailed proposal for your approval.
Step Two: Schedule
When all your questions are answered and you’re ready to make the commitment to a lasting improvement for your course, we will schedule our time together. Our programs are conducted at your facility, typically over a three, four, or five-day period, depending on your number of courses and other unique circumstances. The participation of your management, staff, and key membership representatives is critical for success of your improvement program, and we arrange schedules so that disruption to normal work flow is minimal.
Step Three: Implement
We’re ready to begin! The goal of our program will be to leave you and your team with a complete understanding of the causes of slow play on your course, and to implement a solution customized to your needs. You will get hands-on experience so you can maintain your improved pace of play into the future. During our time together you and your players will experience faster rounds as we put improved practices in place, and you’ll realize the many other benefits and added value that our Pace Manager Systems® program brings. These benefits will enable you to institutionalize the recommended changes, retain players, build player loyalty, and attract new players or members to your course.
